Tile sequence of Batman vs Superman

In the title sequence for Batman Vs Superman, it straight away conveys and shows that Warner Bros's are a part of this film, they have put this in the first section part of the film so that it straight away interests the audience more as Warner Bros are never known to be a part of a bad selling film. The writing is in white but is on a black misty background so is recognisable to the extent that it will catch peoples eyes and people will want to continue watching it. Where is states the actors names, it helps that it is in white as it makes the names stand out more, so when people see the name 'Ben Affleck' they straight away realise that a good actor is in the film, and fans of him will be more interested in watching it. It then continues to show the rest of the actors names following behind and then the film title.

In the opening sequence, it also contains the famous superman logo, this crates interest for the audience as they know that all superman films are good, so when they see the superman logo they get excited and anticipate as to what they are about to watch, which creates many different ideas of effects within the sequence.

In the title sequence it also contains the words 'Batman V Superman Dawn of justice' the Dawn of Justice part of this short sentence creates effect of what is about to happen? Why is there justice? How? the rhetorical questions it creates also could enlarge the target audience as more people talk about films when there is an obvious twist, therefore more people will want to go and see this film to see what happens.

As the title sequence only shows the Superman logo, this could be seen as biased as to who will win this 'war' and could give things away about the film before anyone even watches it. The screen also changed from grey to black to green to red, which are bold colours in their own way as they all connote something for example green connotes jealousy, red connotes blood, black connotes darkness etc, so there are many different effects created by these colours being the main colours shown.
